By purchasing from Apple Trade Hub, you agree to the following terms.
All devices sold at Apple Trade Hub are brand new, factory sealed, and sourced through authorized distribution channels. Each device comes with the manufacturer warranty card. We do not sell refurbished, open-box, or grey market products as new.
All prices are listed in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and are subject to change based on market conditions and the USD/NPR exchange rate. We accept cash, bank transfer, eSewa, Khalti, and other popular mobile payment methods. Prices displayed are for walk-in purchases at our New Road location.
New devices carry the official manufacturer warranty as specified by the brand. Warranty claims are processed through the respective brand service center. Repair services performed by Apple Trade Hub carry a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. Physical damage, water damage, and unauthorized modifications void the warranty.
Trade-in values are determined at the time of assessment based on device condition, model, storage capacity, and current market value. Quoted values are valid for the day of assessment only. The final trade-in value may differ from an initial estimate provided over WhatsApp once the device is inspected in person.
Cancellation and return policy
We want every purchase to be the right one. Here is how returns work.
Devices may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they have a manufacturing defect confirmed by our technical team. The device must be in its original packaging with all included accessories, warranty card, and proof of purchase. Devices with physical damage, water damage, or signs of misuse are not eligible for return.
Approved returns are processed as a store credit or bank transfer within 5 business days. Cash refunds are available for cash purchases. Refunds for digital payments are returned to the original payment method. Accessories and screen protectors are non-refundable once opened.
Walk-in purchases are final once the device is unsealed and activated. For pre-orders or reserved devices, cancellation is free if made before the device is prepared for pickup. If a reserved device has been specifically sourced for you, a restocking consideration may apply.
